ST KILDA

The St Kilda project was an extensive internal renovation comprising 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an additional extension to the back of the home to provide increased living space.

The homeowner is an interior designer who had a clear vision for the project with hopes for Edwardian styling elements to be retained.

H&N worked closely with the client to ensure the vision was achieved, and delivered the project well within the expected timeline, just 4 months.

Timber roof trusses and skylights were added to increase light and the home’s sense of space, with original internal brick features retained.
