This charming Edwardian style project began with the demolition of the previous residence and delivered a new home with 4 bedrooms + study, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. The build spanned 9 months and boasts features such as a cantilevered retreat room to the rear and eave and gable details at the front of the home to enhance period styling.With clients building for the first time, H&N worked collaboratively from project conception to the delivery of finer details to ensure client satisfaction, even completing the project 3 months ahead of schedule.
