EAST MELBOURNE

The East Melbourne project required a fully gutted and refurbished interior and significant extension for this 2 storey home to create space and light.

Featuring architecture by Rothelowman, the renovation spanned 8 months and added a new powder room and master bedroom with ensuite.

H&N worked through a classic inner city complications such as boundary access and the age of the original structure, to achieve the desired result within the promised timeframe.

Project highlights include the walk in wardrobe, central staircase and elegant Ortal gas fireplace. The end result is a warm and stylish addition of space.
