Welcome to Ascot Vale, where 100-year old Edwardian elegance meets contemporary steel and timber craftsmanship.

This 2 storey extension and renovation was completed in collaboration with architects De.Arch, with the goal of maximising the block’s footprint in style.

H&N’s custom made steel windows and aluminium window shrouds allow the new kitchen and entertaining area to flow effortlessly into the courtyard. External features capitalise on charming original brickwork, finished with a steel grapevine arbour.

Internal focal points include original brick fireplace converted to wine cellar; staircase with modern timber finishing; and bathrooms offering maximum light and space.
